Can I contact LG solar 7 days a week if I have a problem?

LG call center for Solar is open 7 days a week

LG is one of the few solar companies in the country who have shown a total commitment to solar customers by running a customer care centre to record any issues with your solar system. Should there ever be a problem with the panels you can contact us 7 days a week – from 7am to 7 pm.

While the customer care centre staff are not solar experts, they can log your issue and give out solar expert contact numbers.

This means, that whichever company has installed your LG solar system, we as the manufacturer will be there to support you. Alternatively you can also email us on solar.sales@lge.com.au .
